Who runs Kippo
Kippo is the trading name of the platform operator. 1. Using Kippo
Kippo is a platform for discovering, creating and joining outdoor adventures. You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and you're responsible for everything done through it. Keep your details accurate.
2. Adventures are run by members
Organisers create and run their own trips. Kippo does not operate, guide or supervise adventures and is not a party to any agreement between an organiser and a participant. Unless a trip is marked Kippo Curated, we have not independently vetted it.
3. Organiser obligations
If you host, you must describe the trip honestly, provide a reachable contact number, hold any permits, licences or insurance the law requires for what you're running, and comply with our Safety & Trust guidelines.
4. Payments
Free meetups involve no payment through Kippo. For paid trips, payment terms, refunds and cancellations are between the organiser and the participant unless stated otherwise at checkout. Fees paid to Kippo for promotional features are non-refundable once the promotion has run.
5. Acceptable use
Don't post false, unlawful, harassing or misleading content, don't scrape or attack the service, and don't use Kippo to route members off-platform to avoid our rules.
6. Risk and liability
Outdoor activities carry real risk of injury or death. You take part at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kippo is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from an adventure, from another member's conduct, or from your reliance on member-supplied information.
7. Suspension and removal
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put members at risk. You can stop using Kippo and request account deletion at any time.
8. Changes and contact
